David Swartz is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in appointment setting training and business development. A graduate of Arizona State University in 1999, he quickly rose to prominence in the corporate world. His career began at a Fortune 500 IT company, where he excelled in setting appointments for account managers to drive IT product sales. In his first three months, he set 16, then 85, and ultimately 150 appointments—an outstanding performance that led company leadership to restructure the team around him. From 2003 to 2007, Swartz set over 8,000 meetings, generating $25 million in revenue and solidifying his reputation as a leader in appointment setting training and execution.

In 2007, Swartz transitioned to a staffing firm with 50 offices, where he continued his high-performance streak, setting over 3,000 appointments in just two years. By 2009, he leveraged his extensive industry expertise to establish Swartz Scheduling LLC, a premier appointment-setting firm specializing in the legal sector. To date, he has personally set over 35,787 appointments, averaging 156 meetings per month, and has never booked fewer than 100 meetings in a month since 2003.

Swartz Scheduling LLC has worked with over 70 companies, particularly in the legal industry, including law firms and corporations. The firm specializes in setting appointments for businesses offering eDiscovery services, digital forensics, document review, staffing solutions, and case management software. The company operates on a results-driven model, billing only for successfully scheduled meetings.

A testament to Swartz’s methods came in early 2024 when he secured a meeting with the General Counsel of a Fortune 500 company after six months of persistent outreach.
