The Swartz Method – a proven legacy in Appointment Setting
With 19 years of experience in appointment setting, I began my career after graduating from ASU in 1999. My first role was at a Fortune 500 IT staffing company with 5,000 employees, where I was one of eight professionals responsible for setting face-to-face meetings for 100 account managers. In just three months, I scaled from 16 to 150 meetings per month, catching the CEO’s attention. He ultimately entrusted me as the sole appointment setter, leading to over 8,000 meetings and $25M in revenue over four years. That CEO later brought me into seven of his companies, and in 2009, I founded Swartz Scheduling. By continuously refining my techniques, I developed The Swartz Method, a results-driven system that has enabled me to consistently set over 100 meetings per month since 2003. To date, I have scheduled 35,787 meetings, averaging 156 per month. My goal is to help others master The Swartz Method and achieve the same level of success.
